We are not affiliated with or authorized by the manufacturers of the watches we customize and process and it is not our intent to exploit any trademarks. These manufacturers do not approve the modifications made to their products by unauthorized third parties, as well as customization activities and consider the guarantee of originality and good functioning compromised. For this reason, our customization services are carried out exclusively on our customers’ watches which they provide only for personal and private use. Matt Spirit obviously issues an official 5-year warranty for functioning and waterproofness. Any other use, even of a commercial nature, is not approved by Matt Spirit and nullify warranty. In case of need and request from the customer, Matt Spirit is also able to offer a service of procurement of the watch desired, which can then be customized once the ownership has been acquired by the customer. Dial, movement, case, bracelet and each part modified by us will have its “secret signature” so as to make each single reference unique and “non-replicable”. Once the customization is complete, Matt Spirit contractually reserves the right to replicate the same customization to an extremely limited collection of specimens.
