Navy 2 Gold SM
Blue, Mysterious, Cryptic
Navy 2 was conceived as a tribute to the Naval Air Facility Adak military base, an inexhaustible source of inspiration. The main objective was to create a watch capable of capturing the resilience, determination and unique history that characterizes the NAF ADAK.
This watch recalls the landscape of Adak Island, with artistic details depicting the blue sky, the snow-capped mountain peaks and the fog-shrouded sea. The dial is embellished with a rich silver tone that adds a touch of elegance and sophistication. The choice of the silver color, which creates a fascinating visual contrast with the blue, is given by the iridescence of the azurite crystals, in tone with the hour markers at night.

Blue azurite dial
"Superdome" glass
The sapphire crystal has been completely redesigned to have the same domed profile and lens effect called “superdome”, making it resistant to both scratches and potential impacts during diving.
The same structure has been maintained for the fixing joint on the case, guaranteeing a waterproof rating of 20 atmospheres
The case and caseback
The proportions were lightened to preserve all the charm of the Rolex 5513 with its shapes, satin finishes, unmistakable polished bevels, the curvature of the caseback, the sinuous shoulders that protect the crown, all without distorting the characteristics of the Rolex 114060. A modern impact of extraordinary solidity, fused in the NOS (“New Old Style”) philosophy.
Bezel
Shaped with a more rounded profile and houses an Angelite stone insert.
Crown
The beveled crown is branded as the Twin Lock.
Lugs
The lugs have beveled and polished corners with a satin finish.
The body of the bracelet and the clasp
The Body of the Bracelet and the Buckle presented a significant challenge. A real success was modeling the bracelet links to visually recreate the typical joint of the Rolex 7206 and Rolex 6636.
The objective was to maintain the degree of solidity of the solid final ring and Oyster links machined as in the historical ancestor, with rivets.
The retractable elements within the clasp of the Rolex 114060, while sturdy and functional, have been removed creating the typical hook.
The crowned logo embossed on the closure gives a vintage look, once again a fusion of charm and functionality.
The shape and mechanics of the closure are adjustable from the outside.
The Movement is essentially perfect
The movement of the Rolex 114060 is essentially perfect. The Rolex caliber 3130 is the engine that makes this wonderful watch come to life. Hiding its perfection inside the case is a choice, branding the rotor is a privilege.
It is protected and hidden by the domed and polished caseback like the Rolex 5513. No detail should be left to chance, this is our philosophy, for this reason every detail of the Navy 2 is stamped with our logo.
